We are shipping to several countries listed on the shipping cost.
How long will my purchase take to arrive?
After you place an order on our website, it will take a maximum 2 days for us to process and forward your order to our logistic partner. In most cases, your order will arrive on 3 - 14 days after we process your order depend on the country of the destination. Here are the details:
If you are in USA, in most cases your order will arrive in 5-14 days for standard shipping and 3-7 days for express shipping.
If you are in Spain or Germany, in most cases your order will arrive in 11 days.
If you are in Australia it will take 3 to 7 days to arrive as we carry local stock in each of those countries.
If you are in Indonesia, generally your order will arrive in 3 to 5 days.
Everywhere else generally takes 14 days to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination country.
Can I get a tracking number to follow up my purchase?
Once your order is placed we process it internally and direct it to the nearest warehouse for delivery. If you would like to get your tracking number please send us an email to infoadmin@kadojoyful.com or kadojoyy@gmail.com and we will provide.
I can’t seem to get my payment to work.. What should I do?
Easy, just email us here with details or a screenshot of what you’re trying to purchase and we will send you a payment link.
How does it work with local import duties?
Kadojoyful does not cover local import duties in each country. We ship to many countries and it is impossible for us to know the specific details and regulations for each country. Please check your particular situation before ordering as Kadojoyful will not cover local costs (such as duties and import taxes) at delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our main payment option is Paypal. Through Paypal you can pay with your credit card or with your Paypal credit. Paypal system is very safe and it carries is risk free. Enterring your credit card details in their portal is totally safe! We cover the costs of Paypal service, you will not be charged for any additional payment charges.
We have bank accounts in IDR. If you wish to pay through local bank account in your any currencies, please enter the order and at checkout you will find the option to pay by bank trasnfer. Go to Bank transfer and choose which bank account is according to your currency. For bank instructions you can also see here. Please send us the payment proof and order number to kadojoyy@gmail.com and the order will be processed asap.
I have a question, how do I get in contact with you fastest?
The best way to ask us anything is to email kadojoyy@gmail.com or through our contact page. We check emails everyday, but your timezone may be quite different to ours.. We’ll be in contact ASAP.
If there’s a problem with the products I receive, what should I do?
Definitely contact us here within 3 days of receiving your delivery and describe what the problem is as best you can. If the products were damaged en route to you, please take photos and include with your email.

What shipping method do you use?
For orders from US and AU and UK we use local post service.
For order from European and Asian countries we use different european post services according to final destination.
For wholesale orders we use Fedex / TNT private courier door to door service.
RETURNS POLICY
Kadojoyful takes great pride in hand-producing all products one by one. From the very beginning of the manufacturing process all the way to packaging them carefully before handing them to our trusted couriers who will deliver them to your door.
We will refund purchases only if goods are damaged or defective. Any claim must be made by email to infoadmin@kadojoyful.com within 3 days of receiving goods. . If the claim is because of damage, you should also email a few pictures showing the damage to infoadmin@kadojoyful.com. This will help ensure we take fast corrective action.
Pls note that only with express shipment the order can be tracked until final destination. For standard shipment tracking is only possible until the border of Indonesia.
Costs of shipping are calculated at the checkout page automatically when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
Cost of delivery is determined on size and weight. For some countries, delays may be incurred, as items go through your country’s Customs & Excise and you will be responsible for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are decided on a case by case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside our control. However, most countries allow internet purchases below a certain value to be imported free of duty and tax. Our courier company will contact you if you are required to pay any additional fees All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.
Orders cannot be returned to sender and Kadojoyful.com will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. To comply with export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all products ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further detail. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Returned product/s should be posted back to warehouse at buyers cost. Once we receive the unused product/s, we will refund the product purchase price . Kadojoyful will not reimburse shipping costs. . Send us an email to infoadmin@kadojoyful.com and we will give you the return address from where your product was shipped, as we have a few distribution points around the world.
Kadojoyful products should not be repackaged, relabeled or onsold except in their original packaging. Any contravention of the above terms entirely voids Kadojoyful returns policy.
